Introduction
The purpose of the Cover Sheet is to assist Applicants and Trustees in the efficient preparation and review of grant applications. Applicants are welcome to submit further information in an attached report but all sections of the Cover Sheet must be completed.

Applications not accompanied by a cover sheet will be rejected.

Sabemo Trust meets once in December to consider applications and make grants. The final date for lodging grant applications 1 October.
